Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for civil work, plumbing and sanitary work, and electrical work required for establishment of a Business Incubation Centre (BIC) at IRCBM on the CUI-Lahore Campus, Defence Road, Lahore, Punjab. The project is funded through reserved procurement allocation for financial year 2026-27 and will be procured through single stage-one envelope tender methodology using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
