Pakistan Single Window (PSW), the notified operating entity for the PSW system established under the PSW Act, 2021, invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System 2.0 (EPADS 2.0) for hiring of group health insurance coverage for NAFSA employees. The scope encompasses comprehensive health insurance services for eligible employees of PSW in Islamabad, Federal province. The tender is open to insurance companies holding minimum AA+ rating (from PACRA or VIS) with stable outlook, valid registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), and compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.
Bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS 2.0 prior to participation. Eligible insurance companies should possess valid SECP registration, current tax registration with the Federal Board of Revenue, and a stable financial outlook as certified by recognized credit rating agencies.
