Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids for the procurement of a Sludge Submersible Pump 2 under reference P101986 for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) following Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bidding process is open to all eligible bidders registered on the EPADS platform, with bidding documents available at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/101986.
Eligible bidders must submit bids accompanied by bid security or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the procurement process. The procurement follows national-level guidelines and regulatory requirements established by the procurement authority.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 09:30 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 10:00 AM.
