Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC (PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT), Disconnection and Collection Management division, is procuring dewatering pump centrifugal units and electric road breaker equipment under reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/NR/2186297 with project reference P105805. The procurement is funded from the FY 2026-27 reserved budget and is open to eligible bidders across Pakistan under a national, single-stage, one-envelope competitive bidding process. Specifications and detailed requirements for the goods are contained in the full bidding documents available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied either by bid security in the amount specified in the Bid Data Sheet or by a bid securing declaration in the format provided in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders are those meeting the criteria outlined in the Bid Data Sheet and complying with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and all applicable regulations and procurement guidelines issued by the relevant authority.
E-bidding documents are accessible at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/105805. Sealed electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 03:30 PM using the EPADS v2.0 platform. Manual bid submissions are not accepted.
