Federal organization seeking pre-qualified furniture repair contractors for ongoing, need-based assignments throughout FY2026-27.
This is a framework arrangement rather than discrete projects—you'll be on-call for repairs across government facilities in Punjab. Scale appears medium (Rs 30k performance guarantee suggests moderate contract values). Notable: EPADS-only submission with tight same-day bid opening; firms must already hold PPRA e-procurement registration and tax compliance, so preparation lead time is critical. This favors established contractors with existing government vendor status.
Who can bid: Must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS, hold FBR NTN/tax compliance, possess AGPR vendor number, and maintain active bank account. No PEC category stated for furniture repair. Affidavit of non-blacklisting required. Typically, proprietorships need CNIC+NTN; companies need SECP registration+NTN. Past experience and relevant certifications mandatory.
