The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (AJK PPRA) is inviting sealed bids for the supply of stationery and office materials under NIT 2026-27, issued in accordance with the AJK PPRA Rules 2017. This procurement encompasses three separate lot contracts with estimated values ranging from PKR 1,500,000 to PKR 7,900,000, covering supplies required across AJK province. All bids must be submitted by 29 September 2026.
Eligibility requires bidders to be duly registered with relevant authorities and to comply with all statutory obligations. Bidders must furnish proof of registration, valid National Tax Number (NTN) certificate, and any applicable professional licenses or certifications as per procurement regulations. Bid security must be deposited as specified for each lot; bids submitted without requisite security will be rejected. Bidders are required to have demonstrated experience in supplying comparable materials and must not be on any debarment list maintained by AJK PPRA or other procurement bodies.
