Description / Scope of Work
The University of Technology, Nowshera, through its Directorate of Planning and Development, invites sealed online financial proposals via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply of building maintenance and allied materials. The procurement is conducted on a Single Stage, Single Envelop Procedure basis. Bidders must be registered as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and registered with the Income Tax department of the Government of Pakistan. The bid security requirement is 2 percent of the quoted amount. This tender is issued under reference UOT/P&D/Proc/2026-27/Material/02 and encompasses materials required for ongoing building maintenance operations at the university in Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligibility is restricted to firms, suppliers, or dealers maintaining active status on the FBR's Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and registered with Pakistan's Income Tax department. Bidders must submit a tender document fee of Rs. 2,000 deposited into the account of the Vice Chancellor, University of Technology, Nowshera (Account No. 3001160687, Branch Code 0104, Bank of Khyber, Nowshera Cantt). A bid security of 2 percent in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Vice Chancellor is mandatory. Offers from blacklisted firms by KPPRA or any federal or provincial government entity will be rejected as non-responsive. All mandatory documents must be uploaded as a single PDF file on EPADS without unsigned or ambiguous content.
Bidding documents (BSDs) are available for download by EPADS-registered firms from the Active Tenders List on the EPADS account of University of Technology Nowshera. Bids must be clearly scanned, computer-typed, and printed on the firm's official letterhead with offered rates stated in both words and figures, duly signed and stamped. Proposals with scanned copies and original CDR sealed in original form must be submitted through EPADS by 28th September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
