For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
KIHD seeks CABG package suppliers (drugs + surgical items) for FY 2026-27 via Zakat Fund—a government healthcare procurement.
Scale appears medium-large given institutional scope and 90-day tender validity. Critical: supplier must demonstrate 3-year track record with government cardiac hospitals and hold dual licensing (drugs + surgical). Tight turnaround (bid closure 26 Sept) suggests near-term supply need. Recurring annual procurement likely given FY-specific framing.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR (Income Tax/Sales Tax) or SECP, with Rs. 2M+ turnover (audited, last 3 years). Valid drugs and surgical items sale/manufacturing licenses mandatory. Three performance certificates from major/government hospitals (last 2 years) and certifications from public sector cardiac institution heads required. Typically, SMEs should verify ICAP audit firm status for financial validation.
