Description / Scope of Work
Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms, companies, and authorized distributors or dealers registered with the Income Tax Department for the procurement of base material and other items. The procurement will be conducted through a national competitive bidding process online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under rule 38(2-a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The bidding documents are available for free download from the PPRA Punjab website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the EPADS website at ep.punjab.gov.pk immediately following publication. This procurement opportunity is located in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
Bidders must be well-reputed firms or authorized dealers registered with the Income Tax Department of Pakistan. Bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and submitted entirely online through the EPADS portal in complete conformity with the bidding document requirements. All procurement procedures shall be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS website (ep.punjab.gov.pk) with a closing date of 26 September 2026 at 11:00 hours. Technical bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 hours through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
