This is a one-off, medium-scale procurement for office IT and furniture equipment split across two lots totalling PKR 7 million for newly established district administration offices in Faisalabad.
The bid security requirement is modest at 3 percent, and the application is straightforward for registered suppliers with FBR and PRA credentials. The compressed timeline and electronic-only submission process favour bidders already set up for e-procurement; compliance documentation and fast turnaround are critical success factors.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR (Income Tax/Sales Tax) and PRA, with proven technical experience and financial capacity in supplying similar equipment to government organizations. Typically, suppliers should also hold active business registration (SECP) and valid NTN. The notice requires affidavit confirming non-blacklisting by any government body.
