Description / Scope of Work
The Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites bids for the procurement of plants on an annual framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27, serving Horticulture Zone-VI covering the Airport and Ring Road areas of Lahore, Punjab. This is a recurring annual framework contract for supply of horticultural plants to support landscaping and beautification initiatives across the specified zone. The procurement is open to eligible bidders who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents.
Bidders must satisfy conditions for eligibility as detailed in section 7 of the bidding documents. While specific bid security amounts and detailed eligibility requirements are referenced in the annexures, potential bidders should ensure they possess appropriate business registration with relevant authorities and the capacity to supply quality plants according to specifications. Technical proposals will be evaluated according to criteria set forth in section 12 of the tender notice.
Bidding documents are available for submission as electronic bids only. The bid submission deadline is 28th September 2026 at 01:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 01:30 PM. The contract award will follow evaluation of both technical and financial proposals in accordance with the procurement regulations.
