Description / Scope of Work
Government College University, Faisalabad invites bids for replacement of the main underground water supply line around the Basic Science Block at its Main Campus in Punjab. The estimated project cost is PKR 2,488,000 with a completion period of one month. This civil works tender is being advertised through the Punjab E-Procurement System under PPRA Rules 2014 (with current amendments). The project involves replacement infrastructure work at a key academic facility in Faisalabad and is open to PEC-registered contractors currently licensed for the year. Bidding will be conducted entirely through the online e-procurement platform with strict adherence to regulatory procedures.
All participating contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the current year and hold valid NTN and professional tax certificates. Bidders are required to submit bid security of PKR 112,000 through the Punjab eProcurement System before the submission deadline. Mandatory documentation includes Power of Attorney on e-stamp paper (if applicable), copy of CNIC, active NTN and PRA certificates, affidavit of no litigation and blacklisting, and evidence of at least two completed contracts of similar nature and equal or higher cost with competition certificates. All bids must be signed and stamped on each page.
Bidding documents are available immediately upon upload to the Punjab E-Procurement System website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Contractors must quote rates in both figures and words for each item of the approved DNIT form. Completed e-bids must be submitted on or before 29 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day through the online system. Manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
