Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Buner, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for construction of water supply and sanitation schemes across multiple union councils in Buner District. The tender comprises twelve separate works with an aggregate estimated cost exceeding Rs. 139 million, including water supply systems at Jowar, Ashizo Maira, Chor Banda, hand pump and pressure pump installations at Malikhel, street pavement and drainage construction at seven locations in Tehsil Gagra and Tehsil Chagharzai (including Pandair, Shangra, Gul Bandi, Bazar Kot, Banj Kara, and Gumbat), and solar-based and gravity-based drinking water supply schemes at Tangora and Jabo respectively. Works are located across multiple union councils in Buner District, covering both water resource development and urban infrastructure improvement.
Eligible bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration under CE-09 and CE-10 codes and must be registered and renewed with the Provincial Enlistment Committee for the financial year 2026-27. Contractors must maintain active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and possess active taxpayer status. Bid security comprising earnest money with stamp duty must be deposited as specified in the KPPRA Notification SRO (14) Vol:1-24/2021-22; individual earnest money amounts range from Rs. 92,370 to Rs. 430,150 depending on the work contract value. All bid securities are retained until bid approval per KPPRA rules.
Bidding documents including tender forms and Bills of Quantity are available for download from www.epads.gov.pk. Eligible bidders must submit original bids through courier service to the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Buner, accompanied by earnest money and call deposits made payable to the undersigned. Tender documents must be received by 12:00 P.M. on 24-09-2026, with bid opening scheduled for 12:30 P.M. the same date in the presence of participating contractors or authorized representatives.
