Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) in Islamabad invites sealed electronic bids for the provision of comprehensive Solid Waste Management (SWM) services within specified zones of the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT). The project is divided into two major contracts: one covering Zone-II, Zone-III, and Zone-IV, and another for Zone-IV and Zone-V. The scope of work includes the collection, transportation, and professional management of solid waste for a period of four years, with a possible one-year extension based on performance. This large-scale urban service project requires contractors, firms, or joint ventures with proven experience in waste management and registration with the relevant income and sales tax departments. Bidding is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 05 May 2026 at the D.G Environment Office to discuss technical requirements. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online by the respective deadlines on 14 May 2026."
