Description / Scope of Work
National Insurance Company Limited invites prequalification applications from real estate agency firms for establishment of an Open Framework Agreement under reference NICL/Proc/Framework/2026/2 (FFW9652). The procurement concerns on-demand supply of real estate agency services through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during a 36-month framework period. This is a national-level prequalification process for non-consultancy services funded through ADP. The prequalified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent Invitations to Bid, with framework signing expected on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
