Garrison Engineer (Army) II Malir invites pre-qualification applications from contractors and engineering firms for issuance of tender documents covering eleven categories of military engineering services works at Malir Cantonment within the Area of Responsibility in Sindh province. The tender encompasses provision and cost assessment of facilities, minor works, repair and renovation of residential and non-residential buildings, building and roads works at multiple zones, as well as supply of materials for building and roads items and engineering and maintenance items. Estimated contract values range up to 4.00 million rupees each, with total scope representing significant infrastructure and maintenance activity across the cantonment. The works are to be executed within defined zones (A, B, and C) at the Malir Cantonment site.
Contractors and firms must be enlisted with Military Engineer Services in Categories A, B, C, D, or E and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council to be eligible for tender document issuance. Firms not on the approved MES list must submit certificates of experience detailing work executed in the preceding two years, along with proforma statements and completion details. Bidders must provide certificates confirming absence of litigation with government departments and clearance from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors meeting specified field experience and area requirements from 28 September 2026 onwards.
Applications for pre-qualification must be submitted to Garrison Engineer (Army) II Malir office to obtain tender documents. Sealed tenders must be received by the accepting officer by 30 September 2026 at 1130 hours, with public opening scheduled for 1200 hours the same date. An advance payment of Rs. 15,000 has been deposited in the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority HBL account.
