Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University, Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of consumable items for the Chemistry Department under tender reference TN-753 (EFS # 43135) with project reference P76618. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope process using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The university has reserved funds to cover eligible payments under this contract for supply of chemistry consumables required by the department at the Islamabad Campus location.
All bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents or by a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Eligible bidders are those meeting the criteria outlined in the tender documents and complying with all procurement regulations and guidelines issued by the relevant authority.
