The Gwadar Development Authority (GDA), Government of Balochistan, invites sealed electronic bids for the construction of a Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) and allied facilities in Gwadar. This significant infrastructure project is part of the 'Construction of Sewerage Network for Old Town & Dhore Ghatti Phase-II' and has an estimated cost of approximately PKR 403.8 million. The scope of work includes the development of a modern treatment plant, supporting facilities, and related civil engineering works to improve urban sanitation and environmental standards in Gwadar. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and maintain an active status on the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) electronic system. This tender requires electronic submission only, and bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List of the FBR and not be blacklisted by any government agency.
