For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SSGC is procuring construction of 19 standardized PRS (Pressure Regulating Station) cages across Quetta—a portfolio infrastructure project requiring structural expertise.
The contract is single-stage two-envelope, suggesting moderate complexity and competitive scrutiny. PEC Category C-6 minimum with three specific specializations (CE-10, BC-01, CE-08) indicates specialized gas infrastructure construction knowledge is expected. This is a one-off fixed-scope delivery contract, not a framework or annual rate contract. Balochistan location may present logistical constraints for contractors based elsewhere.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid PEC certificate Category C-6 or higher with specializations CE-10 (Civil), BC-01 (Building/Construction), and CE-08 (Structural). Registration with SECP and valid NTN are typically required. No subcontracting restrictions are stated. Contractors must be able to provide performance guarantee and bid securing declaration.
