For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

This is a recurring daily-basis supply contract for pharmaceuticals and disposables at a public military medical facility in Sindh.

The tender requires comprehensive regulatory compliance (SECP, DGDP, Ministry of Health, FBR registration) and emphasizes competitive pricing through mandatory rebate disclosure. Scale appears medium, typical of routine hospital consumables procurement. The short submission window (approximately 11 weeks from publication) and requirement for pre-qualified registration suggest this is for an established supplier base.

Who can bid: Bidders must be SECP registered, preferably DGDP certified, registered with Ministry of Health Pakistan, hold NTN from income tax authorities, and appear on FBR's active sales tax payer list. All registrations must be current and verifiable. Firms must demonstrate established credentials in pharmaceutical and medical supply distribution.
