The Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (REDAMCO) in Islamabad, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for the leasing and outsourcing of billboard sites located on Pakistan Railway lands across the country. This commercial opportunity offers a 5-year lease period, extendable for another 5 years, for experienced firms and applicants registered with relevant tax departments. Bidders are required to submit offers based on annual rental values for specified locations under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure. Participation requires a 2% bid security of the benchmark cost for each site, and bids must be quoted exclusive of applicable taxes. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 02:00 PM on 13 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for an hour later on the same day."
