Pakistan Digital Authority (Ministry of IT & Telecom) invites prequalification from national suppliers for an open framework agreement to procure travel management services under reference number FFW9706. The procurement is non-consultancy in nature and will be conducted through a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process. The framework agreement will enable on-demand supply of travel management services through subsequent call-off contracts over a 36-month period following award.
