Description / Scope of Work
NADRA (HQ) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the upgrade of existing scale out storage capacity for an information security monitoring solution at primary and disaster recovery sites in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan. This goods procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and carries the project reference P119806. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope methodology using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations issued by the authority. The scope encompasses provision and installation of storage infrastructure to enhance the capacity of the existing information security monitoring system across both primary and disaster recovery locations.
Bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the bidding documents, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the format specified. Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in this procurement process. The bidding documents contain detailed terms and conditions, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and evaluation parameters necessary for submission of compliant proposals.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM, following which e-bids will be opened using the same system.
