The Works Division Education Department Diamer-Astore Division, AJK invites sealed tenders from contractors and firms with valid PEC registration in the relevant category and code C-10 for the financial year 2025-26 to execute 15 approved ADP schemes across the Diamer-Astore district. These projects include construction of additional classroom blocks at primary and secondary schools, boundary walls at middle and high schools, rising of boundary walls, and construction of rooms for free books storage. The total estimated cost across all schemes ranges from Rs 1.0 million to Rs 5.3 million per work, representing a mix of small to medium-scale educational infrastructure improvements serving multiple schools throughout the district. Tenders will be issued and opened at the Executive Engineer Diamer-Astore Division District Astore Office during office hours following the PPRA Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure, with technical bids evaluated first and financial bids opened only for technically qualified respondents.
