Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Airports Authority invites sealed bids for the refurbishment work of ATC Tower Access Floor at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, Punjab. This civil engineering project is advertised under PPRA Rule No. 36(a) using the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. The estimated bid security is Rs. 140,000. Detailed bid documents including method of procurement and complete terms and conditions are available on the PPRA EPADS-2 System portal. Bidders may also access project information through PAA's website.
Participants must meet mandatory eligibility requirements including valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue and listing on the Active Taxpayer List, a current Professional Tax Certificate, and updated Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-6 for the current year. Bidders must submit an affidavit confirming non-judicial stamp paper of value Rs. 300 covering ownership, non-blacklisting status, and any pending litigation details. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a pay order or bank draft drawn in favour of Pakistan Airports Authority Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore.
Bidders must electronically submit their bids, bid security, and all mandatory documents through the PPRA EPADS-2 Web Portal before the submission deadline of 02-10-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 02-10-2026 at 10:30 AM. All tender pages must be properly signed and any use of Blanco shall result in automatic rejection.
