This is a framework contract for production services spanning one year under KPK's Directorate of Sports.
The bid security of 100,000 PKR is modest, suggesting small to medium-scale production work. The notice specifies three years' relevant experience as mandatory, indicating a specialized market. The tight timeline to pre-bid meeting (22-09-2026) leaves limited preparation window. This is a recurring engagement rather than a one-off project, suitable for established production service providers already registered with KPPRA.
