DHA Karachi invites sealed bids for the maintenance of street light poles located at 16th A Street from Zulfiqar Street 01 to 16th Street in Phase VIII, DHA Karachi, Sindh. This maintenance project encompasses inspection, repair, and upkeep of street lighting infrastructure across the specified residential area to ensure public safety and community services. The tender is open to eligible contractors and firms possessing valid PEC registration. The tender fee is fixed at Rs 3,000 (non-refundable), payable via pay order in favour of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi.
Eligible bidders must be contractors or firms holding current Professional Engineers Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 or higher. A valid PEC registration certificate must accompany the bidding documents submission. Sealed bids under single-stage one-envelope procedures are invited from all interested and eligible contractors. DHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with its rules and regulations. Tender documents received after the stipulated due date and time will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Bidding documents may be obtained from DHA from 15 September 2026 upon submission of a written request along with a valid PEC registration certificate and payment of the tender fee. Financial bids (one original and one copy) must be submitted at DHA Karachi on 21 September 2026. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' authorised representatives who wish to attend.
