Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Forensic Science Agency (PFSA) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of office furniture, fixtures, and advanced IT/AV solutions on a turnkey basis. This procurement is divided into three major tender references: FSA-674 for furniture and fixtures in the PFSA main building; FSA-676 for a Queue Management System (QMS), interactive screens, UPS, and audio-video conferencing solutions; and FSA-677 for COB SMD LEDs and audio conference systems. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, as well as the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). The bidding process is conducted exclusively through the EPADS system under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Technical proposals must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 13 May 2026, and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day."
