Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Hafizabad, Punjab, invites electronic bids for the procurement of I.T. equipment and machinery for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope includes the supply of computer systems, printers, UPS units, and other essential office machinery. This tender is part of the judicial complex's efforts to upgrade its technological infrastructure. Eligible bidders, including firms, companies, and authorized dealers, must be registered with the relevant tax departments (Income Tax and Sales Tax) and maintain active status on the FBR's Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested vendors must provide a 5% bid security in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee and include a minimum 12-month bank statement. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online by 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026."
