The Bahawalpur Waste Management Company (BWMC) in Bahawalpur, Punjab, invites sealed tenders for the procurement of lunch boxes for its staff and operations during Eid-ul-Adha 2026. The scope of work includes the preparation, packaging, and timely delivery of high-quality lunch boxes to various designated points within the city. This project is vital for supporting the sanitation and waste management workforce during the intensive Eid-ul-Adha cleaning operations. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed catering firms, hotels, or restaurants registered with the relevant tax authorities (FBR & PRA) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid security of the estimated price. Interested parties must ensure compliance with health and safety standards for food preparation as specified in the bidding documents. All proposals must be submitted to the BWMC head office by the designated deadline."
