Description / Scope of Work
The Bahawalpur Waste Management Company (BWMC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of 23 Rickshaw Tippers with 200cc capacity, minimum 1000 kg payload with respect to MSW. The bidding process is conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System under single-stage two-envelope procedure with least cost method. Joint ventures and consortiums are not permitted.
Prospective bidders may download bidding documents free of cost from Punjab e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). The estimated price is Rs. 19,550,000 with bid security of Rs. 586,500. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 11, 2026 at 1100 hours. Bids must be submitted online by 1100 hours on November 18, 2026, with technical bid opening at 1130 hours the same day.
