Punjab Institute of Neurosciences, Lahore invites bids for an annual repair and maintenance contract covering different biomedical equipments with supply of spare parts and consumable or disposable accessories. This is a service and maintenance contract for ICU ventilators and related biomedical equipment located at the Institute in Lahore, Punjab. The contract encompasses all services including transportation, insurance, after-sale services, and spare parts availability with repair and calibration support to ensure continuous operational readiness of critical medical equipment.
Eligible bidders must be authorized agents or firms of foreign manufacturers of ICU ventilators operating in Pakistan with sole agency representation, or authorized service providers with relevant credentials. Bidders should not be under declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices issued by any Government agency, local body or public-sector organization. The Procuring Agency will evaluate bidders' financial capabilities, technical expertise, past performance on similar contracts, engineering staff qualifications, inventory of spare parts, repair and calibration tools, and workshop facilities before award determination.
