Air University in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic bids for miscellaneous civil and electrical works, specifically the construction of a sub-station at the Air University Karachi Campus. The project scope involves specialized civil construction and electrical infrastructure development required for high-voltage power management. Reputed firms and contractors must be registered with the Income Tax department and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-5 or above to be eligible. All bidding must be conducted electronically via the EPADS portal, as manual bids will be strictly rejected if the firm is not on the Actual Bidder list. Interested contractors should ensure their electronic submissions are completed by 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026 to participate in this institutional infrastructure project."
