Description / Scope of Work
Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore invites sealed e-bids for a framework contract for the procurement of sanitary and electric store items for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender is issued under the single-stage two-envelope procedure as per PPR 2014 and covers supplies of electrical and sanitary consumables required for hospital operations in Lahore, Punjab. Bidders may be firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, or traders engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities including SECP, NTN, and provincial sales tax departments. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated amount must be provided in the form of a cash deposit receipt or bank guarantee payable to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. Hard copies of bids must include both brand name and generic names for items quoted.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant taxation and commercial authorities in Pakistan. The bid security requirement is 2 percent of the estimated contract value in the form of CDR or bank guarantee. Bids are required to have proper page numbers, a check list, and table of contents with all pages signed and stamped by the firm; incomplete or unsigned bids will not be entertained. Firms must submit technical and financial proposals separately with both brand names and generic product names. The procurement agency is not responsible for failures in electronic submission due to technical errors or internet issues.
Bidding documents are available immediately after publication from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore and may also be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. E-bids must be submitted online on or before 01-10-2026 at 11:00 AM through the e-Procurement portal at https://cp.punjab.gov, with the bid validity period set at 180 days from the opening date. Bid opening will take place on 01-10-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, 1st Floor, MCH Block, SGRI, Lahore in the presence of bidder representatives. Hard copies including original bid security must be submitted by the same deadline.
