Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites competitive bids for the supply and installation of electrical and mechanical parts required for the establishment of a mechanical workshop at the Power House of SSGC Karachi Terminal in Sindh. The contract is for non-consultancy services and will be executed as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and Terms & Conditions specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must hold valid PEC licenses with relevant specialization in the field of EE03 (Electrical Engineering category 03). The procurement is planned for Financial Year 2026-27 and is referenced as P115627 in the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and meet all specified eligibility criteria. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding methodology, adopting Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders are required to possess valid PEC licenses with relevant fields of specialization of EE03 category to qualify for participation.
Electronic bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/115627. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with e-bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
