Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for coating and painting services on product pipelines at its Zulfiqarabad Oil Terminal (ZOT) in Karachi, Sindh. The scope of work comprises three main activities: surface preparation of 1,600 square metres of pipeline surfaces with diameters ranging from 6 to 16 inches using non-ferrous tools and sand paper in accordance with ISO 8501-2 and SSPC-SP2/SP3 standards; application of two coats of Epoxy Mastic coating (Kaizen or approved equivalent) each achieving 150 microns dry film thickness for a total of 300 microns; and application of Aliphatic Acrylic Polyurethane top coat at 60 microns dry film thickness on product piping. The work includes coating of valves with specified colours and extends to any additional areas designated by the terminal engineer. The RFQ is open to vendors capable of executing industrial coating work at a petroleum terminal facility.
