Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for complete internal cleaning and de-gassing of Tank-307 at Keamari Terminal-B in Sindh province. The work involves de-gassing of a 16-meter diameter by 14.5-meter height tank previously in heavy fuel oil service, followed by comprehensive internal cleaning of tank bottom, shell and roof with removal of accumulated HSFO residues and sludge. The project scope includes bolting and unbolting of 16-inch diameter flange joints, dismantling and installation of a 16-inch gate valve, provision of explosion-proof exhaust fans and LED lighting systems, and complete internal surface cleaning using manual methods with brass and non-sparking tools. Bidders must submit quotations by 23 September 2026. The contractor shall arrange all labor, specialized tools, ATEX-approved explosion-proof equipment, electrical accessories, and consumables necessary for satisfactory completion. The work must comply with PSO HSE requirements, approved permit-to-work systems, confined-space entry protocols and gas-testing requirements.
