The Project Director (MUGSBRI) of the Balochistan Development Authority invites electronic bids for significant residential construction projects at the Gaddani District Hub. The tender covers three major packages: the construction of Doctors Apartments (estimated at PKR 45.7 million), Senior Doctors Accommodation (estimated at PKR 59.04 million), and a large-scale Labor Colony (estimated at PKR 230.9 million). Reputable firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C3 or above for the 2025-26 period are eligible to apply. Bidders must be active on the FBR and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) taxpayer lists and submit a 2% bid security in the form of a call deposit. The procurement follows the single-stage-two-envelope process via the EPADS Version 2.0 system. All electronic bids must be submitted by the deadline of 12 May 2026."
