Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Directorate of Eastern Zone CMG Peshawar, invites sealed tenders for the construction of a Ladies and Children Park in the open space of Ghalla Godown, Peshawar. This project, valued at PKR 100.00 million, follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must be registered with the PEC, Local Council Board, KPPRA, and enlisted with the C&W Department with an active FBR status. Bidders are required to submit electronic bids via the EPADS portal and send hard copies of technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes via registered courier by 12:30 PM on 13 May 2026. A 2% earnest money deposit of PKR 2,000,000 is mandatory. Technical bids will be opened at 02:00 PM on the closing date, while financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened following technical evaluation."
