This is a three-year framework contract for supplying 19-litre returnable water bottles to multiple PTCL locations in Business Zone South-I.
The contract operates on demand basis with no guaranteed volumes, making it suitable for vendors with established water supply distribution networks. The September 2026 closing date is tight. Vendor registration is mandatory. This is a recurring supply contract rather than one-time procurement, offering potential for steady but variable revenue depending on PTCL's actual orders.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered vendors with PTCL and possess the assigned Vendor Registration Code. The notice does not specify sector-specific licensing requirements; typically, vendors supplying potable water products should hold relevant quality certifications and comply with Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority standards for drinking water. Prior relevant experience in water supply services is required.
