The Naval Special Operations Training Center at Bin Qasim, Karachi, invites sealed quotations from reputed GST, SST and income tax registered suppliers for the provision of fresh water at the facility. Reference 400/NSOTC/α, this tender seeks to engage a qualified vendor to supply fresh water on an ongoing basis to support operational requirements at the training center in Karachi, Sindh. The scope encompasses reliable water supply logistics and delivery infrastructure to maintain continuity of operations at this strategic naval installation.
Eligible bidders must be GST, SST and income tax registered with the relevant authorities. Suppliers registered with Pakistan Navy are preferred. Bidders must submit firm support office GST registration and NTN certificate copies to obtain tender documents upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 15,000. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 5 percent of the total contract amount as refundable security deposit in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee.
Tender documents are available from the NSOTC unit upon submission of required credentials and payment of the fee. Sealed quotations must be addressed to Commandant NSOTC and reach by 11:00 AM on 25 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 1:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Queries may be directed to the Supply Officer at any time prior to the closing deadline.
