Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Safe Cities Authority, Lahore (PSCA) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of janitorial and miscellaneous items. The estimated cost of this procurement is PKR 6,784,443 inclusive of all applicable taxes. This is a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement portal in accordance with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) requirements. The tender is open to all eligible suppliers and contractors throughout Punjab province, with the authority based at PPIC3 Centre Qurban Police Line in Lahore.
Bidders must submit sealed and completed bids through the Punjab E-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) on or before PST 1130 hours on September 21, 2026. The bids will be opened on the same date at PST 1200 hours in the presence of bidder representatives at the PSCA office. Response time is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA Portal.
