Description / Scope of Work
The National Logistic Corporation (NLC), Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from qualified vendors for the supply, installation and testing of hard disks for SAN (Storage Area Network) on a Rawalpindi basis. This procurement is open to OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and OEM Authorized Dealers/Re-Sellers with sustained financial capability and valid OEM authorization letters. The tender encompasses the complete provision of branded, brand-new hard disk storage equipment with full technical specifications and documentation as detailed in Annex A, with delivery and installation to be completed at the NLC facility in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
Bidders must meet comprehensive eligibility criteria including submission of tender fee and bid security (amount to be confirmed in tender notice), active NTN/STRN registration with 100% tax compliance, GSR compliance certificate, OEM authorization letter, complete technical data sheets, 90-day offer validity, confirmed delivery period, comparison charts against NLC specifications, and a non-blacklisting affidavit. Additionally, firms must provide a certificate accepting all tender conditions, list of major clients, and organizational hierarchy with owner and senior management portfolios. Joint ventures, consortiums, partnerships and sub-contracting are expressly prohibited; only single independent legal entities are eligible.
Tenders must be submitted in double sealed covers (Technical Offer and Commercial Offer separately) to HQ NLC, Harding Road Near AFIRM, Rawalpindi, by the date and time specified in the tender notice. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, packing and delivery charges to Rawalpindi in the prescribed format (Annex B). All offers must be prepared on company letterhead, duly completed, signed and stamped by an authorized executive with full technical brochures. Bids not meeting the specified criteria, lacking complete technical specifications, or submitted late will be rejected outright.
