Delivery & Execution: Delivery within 45 days of Purchase Order issuance. Delay penalty is PKR 3,000/day for up to 15 days, and PKR 5,000/day thereafter. Warranty & Security Deposit: 2-year warranty required. 10% performance guarantee prior to Purchase Order issuance, along with 0.25% e-stamp paper agreement within 7 days of approval.
