Description / Scope of Work
The Strategic Management Unit of the Punjab School Education Department invites e-bids for a major infrastructure project involving the construction of additional classrooms, provision of IT labs, and reconstruction of dangerous buildings in public schools across Gujranwala, Gujrat, Rawalpindi, and Sargodha. Estimated at PKR 4.63 billion, the project must be completed within 9 months of commencement. Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category CA and submit bids via the Punjab EPADS portal. A bid security of PKR 231 million is required in the form of a CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. Technical bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on 11 May 2026 at the SMU office in Lahore."
