The Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites sealed bids from qualified contractors, firms, and companies approved by Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) for the provision of sweeping services on roads and footpaths, maintenance of greenbelts, and collection, lifting, and disposal of solid waste at the government-approved Lakhodair landfill site serving Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate in Kot Lakhpat, Lahore, Punjab. This is a comprehensive municipal services contract covering the entire waste management lifecycle within the industrial estate, identified as Contract Number PIE/P&C/SW/BOM-QIE/26/40.
Eligible bidders must be LWMC-approved contractors or firms with demonstrated experience in solid waste management operations. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the Bid Data Sheet, along with documentary evidence of their registration, financial capability, relevant licenses, and previous project performance in similar waste collection and disposal contracts. One person or entity may submit only one bid, and all applicable minimum wage rates and taxes must be observed in pricing.
