Pakistan Navy Hospital PNS HAFEEZ in Sector E-8, Islamabad, invites sealed quotations from GST/SST/PEC/Professional Tax registered firms for the provision of comprehensive hospital waste management services. The scope includes collection, transportation, storage, and safe disposal or incineration of hospital waste, encompassing human anatomical waste and non-human infectious waste. The contract period runs from 16 October 2026 to 30 June 2027, with services required on a daily basis at the Islamabad facility. This is a specialized environmental and healthcare compliance service critical for maintaining regulatory standards at a military medical institution.
Bidding firms must be registered with GST, SST, PEC, or hold Professional Tax registration. The tender requires submission of an earnest money deposit equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid amount in the form of a bank draft or pay order payable to the Commandant PNS HAFEEZ. The successful bidder will be required to deposit an additional 5 percent of the total bid amount as a bank guarantee. Contract award will be based on technical qualification combined with the commercially lowest declared bid, evaluated according to criteria detailed in the tender documents.
