Social Security Hospital (SSH), Sargodha invites bids through the E-Procurement System (E-PS) for the provision of small medical appliances on an annual framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. This is an open competitive bidding tender with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,500,000 for supply and delivery at the hospital's location in Sargodha, Punjab. The procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage – Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Eligible bidders must be pharmaceutical manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, suppliers, distributors, firms, whole sale distributors or service providers registered with the E-Procurement System (E-PS) PPRA. Firms blacklisted by PPRA and PESSI/SSH Sargodha are not permitted to participate. Bidders must submit bid security equal to 2 percent of the total estimated cost online on the e-procurement website and upload scanned copies along with their e-bid. The bid security must be received on or before the tender closing date and time. Interested bidders can download the e-bidding document with detailed specifications and instructions from PPRA, PESSI websites and the E-Procurement System (E-PS) portal from the publication date. E-bids in readable scanned copy format must be uploaded on E-Procurement System (E-PS) by 05.10.2026 at 11:00 A.M., with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 A.M. Procurement is governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended, read with E-Procurement System (E-PS) regulations. The Competent Authority/Chairman of the Purchase Committee, SSH Sargodha retains the right to cancel the tender at any stage as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
