The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Punjab in Lahore invites sealed electronic bids for the high-value procurement of specialized rifles under the e-Procurement System (EPADS). This significant security tender includes two major lots: the procurement of Assault Rifle M4 Carbine or equivalent and Assault Rifle M4 Commando or equivalent, with a total estimated value of PKR 390 million. Bidders must provide technical samples for each lot and submit separate technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal. Eligible firms, including general order service providers and traders registered with the relevant tax authorities (FBR and PRA) for the 2025-26 fiscal year, are encouraged to apply. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online by the closing date of 08 May 2026."
