Description / Scope of Work
Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (North) invites sealed tenders from registered firms for the supply of signals equipment and spare parts during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses a comprehensive range of drone spare parts including components for DJI Matrice 400 RTK, DJI Matrice 350 RTK, DJI Mavic 3T, and DJI Matrice 4T units; thermal camera spare parts for multiple models including TPC-PT8641B, HD-TPC-PT8621B, PT-8641D, DH-SD49225XA-HNR, and DHI-TPC-SD5641-AC; inverter components; VHF/UHF/HF radio equipment spares for LMR handheld sets, ICOM radios, Harris RF systems, and Thuraya satellite sets; and miscellaneous equipment including LEDs, routers, printers, and telecommunications devices. The scope includes both original manufacturer spare parts and contractor supply options, with services available in Quetta, Balochistan.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue Pakistan's Active Tax Payers List. Original manufacturers and contractors may bid. Bid security requirements are 5 percent of the total tender value for registered firms and 8 percent for unregistered firms, payable as call deposit, bank draft, or pay order. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Tender documents may be obtained from 18 September 2026 on payment of a tender fee of Rs. 10,000 (rupees ten thousand only) in the form of demand draft or pay order.
Sealed tenders must reach Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (North), Signal Branch, Quetta on or before 5 October 2026 before 11:00 AM. Tender opening will occur on 5-6 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the headquarters in Quetta in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bids remain valid for acceptance until 30 June 2027 from the date of opening. The organisation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules 2004.
